What does a successful QA Specialist & Corporate Trainer would do at FISERV?

A successful QA Specialist & Corporate Trainer at Fiserv plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and team readiness. This role blends deep expertise in Quality Assurance with the ability to design and deliver impactful corporate training programs. The individual leads initiatives that reinforce compliance, improve service quality, and foster a culture of continuous learning across cross-functional teams.


What will you do:

  • Evaluate end-to-end workflows across customer service, onboarding, system integrations, and core operations to identify quality gaps and compliance risks
  • Conduct process audits and develop actionable remediation plans aligned with governance frameworks and regulatory standards
  • Develop QA benchmarks and optimize service response (SR) timelines
  • Embed QA principles into SOPs, KPIs, and TAT tracking mechanisms
  • Design scenario-based training modules and quizzes to reinforce compliance and operational excellence
  • Deliver training sessions using clear, audience-aware communication strategies
  • Create policy guides, SOPs, and LMS-compatible learning materials
  • Monitor training effectiveness and implement feedback loops for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Tech, Ops, Compliance, and HR teams to align QA and training goals
  • Support onboarding, stakeholder briefings, and leadership transitions through tailored communication

What will you need to know:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in QA and corporate training, preferably in regulated industries
  • Strong background in designing training materials and workshops
  • Exceptional ability to simplify technical and regulatory content for diverse audiences
  • Deep understanding of privacy, risk, and compliance frameworks
  • Creative and inclusive mindset for team engagement and mentoring
  • Detail-oriented approach with a structured mindset for quality assurance and learning initiatives
  • Ability to communicate effectively across hierarchical levels and departments
  • Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to process improvement and ROI optimization
  • Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments and integrating QA and training objectives across business domains
