What You'll Be Up To:

• Hire at scale Bring in 25 to 40 rockstars every month for our sales & service teams
• Be the first filter Do quick, crisp screening calls and find the gems
• Keep your pipeline hot and your hiring dashboards cooler than ever
• Hustle with hiring managers to meet weekly goals and laugh at Excel together
• Partner with HR & training teams to roll out the red carpet for new joiners
• Source from Naukri, Shine, social media, referrals, chai tapriswherever talent lives!

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have 3 to 6 years of bulk hiring experience (BPO/telesales/sales is a plus!)
• Speak fluent Malayalam or Tamil this is a must!
• Know how to work job portals and dont get scared by too many tabs open at once
• Love people, targets, and the occasional spreadsheet
• Can get things done in high-speed, high-stakes environments

Extra Brownie Points If You:

• Have worked with an ATS or CRM (or at least know what it means!)
• Have hired for inside sales or customer service before
• Enjoy hiring in regional languages and know the magic it brings to a sales team
