About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executive. As CCE you need to solve the query of the customers on quick basis with your active listening and trained ideas.

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via calls.

- Providing product/service information to customers.

- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

- Undergraduates / Graduates both can apply.

- Freshers are welcomed.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English.

- Work From Office.

- Flexible in all shifts.

Shifts:

24*7 hours shift includes Rotational Shift, Rotational 2 WO, Rotational Night Shifts.
