Job Description

    You are a well-organized and detail-oriented Admin Office Secretary with 13 years of experience in general administration and HR support. Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth running of day-to-day office operations, managing employee attendance, providing basic accounting assistance, and handling HR documentation. Your responsibilities include accurately maintaining employee attendance records, supporting internal teams with office administration tasks, assisting HR in recruitment processes, managing filing and record-keeping, overseeing housekeeping, coordinating mail communications, and providing general office support. You will utilize basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Email for daily tasks and assist in internal HR communications and reporting. As an Admin Office Secretary, you should be a female candidate with a minimum of 13 years of experience in Admin/HR roles or a fresher with a strong interest in admin/HR. You are expected to have basic knowledge of HR processes, attendance systems, and office management, along with proficiency in MS Office and communication tools. Good written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, punctuality, and a responsible attitude are essential for this role. Your work location will be at BVM23, Bougainvilla Marg, DLF Phase 2, Sector 25, Gurugram, Haryana-122002. This is a full-time, permanent position open to both experienced candidates and freshers with relevant skills and interest in admin/HR.
