Role & responsibilities
Market and sell company products to current and potential customers Prepare schedules and action plans to identify the dealers and distributors and the end customers and no. of contacts to be made Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Dealers, Distributors, Carpenters, and Fabricators. Generate & follow-up leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify prospects in the customer segments and contact them. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base. To develop market potential and growth of company as business prospective. To expand dealer channel for specific area to growth business volume aspects. Identify and resolve all customer complaints. Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up. Co-ordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales. Ensure payments are received by due date Any other duties assign as deemed fit by the Management from time-to-time
Preferred candidate profile
Preferably should hold a Diploma or a Bachelors degree in any stream. 4-7 years of responsible sales positions, preferably in architectural or related products. Should have experience in appointing and working with dealer and distributor networks.
Knowledge and Skill requirement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to persuade and influence others Ability to develop and deliver presentations Ability to understand and follow procedures laid done by the company. Maintain a professional appearance and provide positive company image to the public
