Role Summary
The Human Resource Executive is responsible for aligning business objectives with management and existing/ future employees.
The job profile is an extremely important and sensitive one since it aims to align the goals of the organization with the needs and development of every individual employed with us.
One can expect a free hand to onboard talent who can add value to the organization for a defined role or even create a new role. You will champion a diverse workforce throughout the employee life cycle. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement through performance management.Responsibilities
Handle Talent Acquisition and onboard talent across verticals
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media & during events
Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
Ideate and analyze trends and metrics linked to the human resource function
Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems.
Coordinate administration of compensation, benefit plans and leave.
Conduct training and on boarding for new employees.
Maintain a database of all the employees information and ensure they are up to date and secure.
The candidate will have to coordinate with the Sr. Manager- HR for all the functions of HR.Specific Requirement:
General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
Excellent computer skills. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management.
