Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team under the
Native Category. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for equipping our field sales teams and
partner professionals with the necessary skills, knowledge, and techniques to drive customer
acquisition and service excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong sales training
expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute training
programs that align with our business objectives.
What you'll do:
Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for field sales teams and
service professionals.
Develop sales scripts, training materials, and best practices to enhance conversion
rates.
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching to improve
sales effectiveness.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide targeted training interventions.
Stay updated with industry trends and customer expectations to refine training
methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category managers and
marketing, to align training initiatives with business goals.
Gather feedback from trainees and implement improvements to training programs.
Ensure sales professionals are equipped with negotiation, customer handling, and
upselling skills to maximize revenue.
What we'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales training, preferably in a field sales or service-based
industry.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer acquisition strategies, and
service excellence.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design engaging training content and conduct interactive workshops.
Proficiency in using training tools, LMS platforms, and performance evaluation
techniques.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
