Java Developers (Contract) @ Crédit Agricole

Job Description

Position

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek multiple Java developers to join Crdit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking (CA-CIB).
Your main responsibility is to develop, maintain and implement interfaces, within CA-CIBs enterprise application ecosystem.
You will ensure the assigned projects; activities and tasks are delivered within the defined time, scope, cost and quality.
Main responsibilities

You will
Develop, implement and test components from functional specifications.
Elaborate technical specifications, based on functional requirements and high level architecture.
Contribute to technical design and liaise with business analysts on all aspects of business requirements.
Ensure integration of new tool with existing enterprise application ecosystem of the bank.
Participate in analyzing, resolving and providing technical support escalated to the team.
Draft specifications, technical design, unit tests, peer reviews and detailed system integration documents and any other documents as required during the project lifecycle.
Contribute to maintaining a high standard of delivery quality.
Participate in technical discussions and propose solutions based on industry best practices.

Qualifications and Profile

We have multiple positions for Java developers with junior, intermediate and senior profiles. At least 5 years in Java/J2EE development, ideally in a banking environment.
Bachelor or Technical Degree in Computer Science, IS or IT is preferred.
Technical

Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring MVC/Struts, Java script, JQuery
Relational databases Oracle, SQL Server
Experience of working in a team through the design, development, release cycle and delivering
Frameworks: Spring core, Junit
Build tool Maven/Ant, UML, JMS/WebSphere MQ, Restful web services, Jenkins,
Source management SVN/GIT, Jira/QC.
Unix knowledge
