Role & responsibilities

A Homecare Nurse provides medical and nursing services to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, recovery, and quality of life. They work under a doctors guidance to deliver personalized, patient-centered care in a home setting.

Patient Care

• Assess patient health status, vital signs, and progress.
  
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as prescribed.
  
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and post-surgical care.
  
• Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, COPD).
  
• Assist with mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene if required.
