Desired Candidate Profile
Deep understanding of Java or equivalent and modern cloud-based systemsRESTful web development
Experience with working with Eclipse or IntelliJ IDE.
Experience with Junit testing framework
Experience with AWS, MySQL and Aurora
Experience in Hibernate and Spring frameworks
Excellent coding skills, self-starter, self-motivated
Personable team player and easy to work with
Experience with GIT source control
Knowledge on Maven and Gradle build systems.
Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
Experience in Groovy on Grails is a plus
Experience building high-availability, mission-critical systems
Familiarity with modern software development methodologies including Agile
Experience with payments, POS systems, PCI Compliance and/or Security is helpful
