Job Description

Role and Responsibilities
The work will involve direct interactions with clients based in US for requirement gathering,
discussing technical solutions, signing off, reporting progress, relationship building &
account growth.
Managing end to end delivery of the project.
Managing a team of 8 to 10 highly technical team and provide them technical guidance
where ever required.
Creating low level design and writing pseudo codes
Ensuring high quality deliverables within agreed timelines and cost.
Job Specifications -
Should have more than 7 years of consistent experience in Microsoft Technologies.
Should have at least 3 years of experience in independently handling clients.
Should have at least 2 years of experience in managing a team of 8 to 10 technical team
members.
Should have hands on experience in the various versions of MVC and now working on the
latest version of MVC.
Should be hands on with ASP.net, C#, JavaScript, SQL. Knowledge of Azure is preferred.
Should have excellent communication skills as this will be client facing role.
Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
