Diet Counseling
Delivery of prescribed Diet to the Patient at the scheduled Time.
Effective coordination between the Stewards and Nurses to ensure service timeliness and delivery.
NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENT of every patient after admission and ensuring that correct diet reaches correct patient at correct time.
DOCUMENTATION: maintaining records of the Nutritional assessment in Patient medical records, Diet orders, food tasting records etc.
DIETARY COUNSELING for IPD and OPD patients.
FOOD TASTING: Before the food is dispatched to the patients.
Assisting to F & B Manager for billing of patients, doctors, nurses, admin department and meetings.
Conducting General awareness programmes for patient/attendants at regular intervals along with Head Dietician.
Implementing & maintaining NABH standards in concerned areas pertaining to F & B services.
REPORT SUBMISSION: Assisting Head Dietician in Generating reports and regular submission to the Management (Quality Indicators, Incidents, counseling etc.)
Qualification- B.Sc (H.SC) with specialization in Food & Nutrition/ Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics & Public Health Nutrition
