Channel Manager/ Product Manager - Retail @ HDFC Bank

Job Description

1. Identify new product opportunities to be developed for VLEs, in line with the competition and the business requirement ( within Unsecured Group )
• Competition benchmarking on product offerings, TATs, STP processes
• New product ideas at customer segment level
• Ideas for tweaking processes, products, policies to scale-up
• - Activate VLEs for sourcing business for the bank.
2. • Visit 25 VLEs every month with bank sales team with the underlined objective :
   • Understand the current processes, pain areas and design / execute new / better processes
   • Adherence to the sales pitch for the respective product, and tweak it to ensure maximum conversions
   • Track VLEs activation for each of the business
   
   
3. Leads optimisation on CRM
• Ensure correct mapping of LG/LC on CRM
• Tracking leads conversion with rigorous follow-up with the bank team
• Ensuring regular feedback to the VLEs for each lead generated
4. 1. Recommend STP / Partial digital processes to improve efficiency
      • Measure TATs for the products offered
      Make the customers journey friction-less, paperless
