Job Description
Job Title: Process Executive - HR Shared Services
Location: Mohali, Chandigarh, India

We have implemented a Shared Services Center in Mohali, India to support Global Operations in areas of Finance & Accounting, Trade Operations, Treasury and IT Support and other back office support Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides first level support to HRBP in end to end HR Service, including operational/generalist HR matters
- Provides robust support to the business with accurate and timely data inputting and management, reflecting Joining, Transfers, Exit, all payroll related changes
- Provides the HRBP, and wider HR management team with proactive and reliable administrative and advisory support, as required
- Providing first line support and guide employees and line managers
- Managing all HR queries within agreed SLA's effectively
- Can multi-task and have good internal stakeholder management
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Ensures HR policies are clearly understood and adhered to support the business to drive cost efficiencies
- Ensure timely issuance of various letters within stipulated timelines including Probation Confirmation, Transfer, Offer, Appointment, Bonus Pay out, Experience and relieving
- Timely create and publish interactive dashboards and share with the HRBPs
Required Candidate profile
Required:
- A post graduate qualification in HR with an experience of 4-5 years in Global HR Shared Service role
- Plan and execute transition and migration of HR roles / FTEs from Global Locations to SSC
- Can provide guidance and advice in all instances regarding companywide policy and process in a polite and courteous manner
- Should be flexible to work in different time zones
- Experience in managing processes through a sustained period of change
- Strong written & oral communications skills in English
- Builds positive relationships with each department including the Management team
- Competence in the use of MS Office and HR Information System
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and handle subsequent requests from the business as well as the HR team, sometimes having to manage requests at short notice with quick turnaround times
- Can provide accurate and timely reports to the HR Business Partner as well as the SLT
- Delivers beyond what is required and always seeks to make continuous improvements to current systems and working practices.
- Knowledgeable about our organization, its functions, and methods of operation.
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing business environment
Distinct Advantage
- Knowledge of Success Factor and SAP HR is must
- Good Knowledge of Excel & advance excel
- VBA experience will be an advantage
- Experience working in a similar Shared Services Centre setup a distinct advantage
