Company Have 3 plant at Maharashtra.
Designation: HR Office - Plant HR.
Location: CBD Belapur , Navi Mumbai
Qualification: Any Graduate + MBA/ PGDM/ Dip in HR
Experience : Min 2 Years. ( Experience Should be in Only in Manufacturing / Plant / Factory )
Gender: Male/ Female
Salary Range: Upto 3 Lacs
Good Communication skill
Job Responsibility - Human Resource Management (HR/ Admin/ IR/ Welfare)
Recruitment & Selection
# Responsible for Recruitment and Selection of fresher and experienced staff.
# Short listing of Resumes, arranging interviews with concerned Department Heads.
# Experience of Handling Naukri Portal for Recruitment.
# Involved in end to end recruitment from job requisition to on boarding of new employees.
Statutory Compliances:
# Statutory compliances like ESIC, PF, LWF, Gratuity and Compliances covered under
Factories Act.
# Making PF Challans, ESIC Challans & generating of ECRs.
# Labor Welfare Fund filing in the month of January & July.
# Half yearly, Annual Returns & Factory License Renewal as per factories act 1948.
Attendance & Timekeeping (Time Office)
# To Maintain Attendance Record of All the Employees in Excel Sheets.
# Responsible for preparing daily reports like Daily Leave Status, Daily Late Coming Report,
Miss Punching Report, Daily Manpower Report.
# Responsible for checking Extra Working of employees and monitoring the Overtime trend so
that unnecessary overtime is avoided.
# Leaves Management of all the employees.
# Responsible for Biometric punching of newly joined employees with the help of ESSL
biometric punching machines
Salary & Payroll
# Also involved in salary administration of staff.
# Involved in Salary and Wages Administration of Contract Labor with the help of MS-EXCEL.
# Experience of handling Ascent Payroll Software for Salary & Payroll.
New Joining & Exit Formalities:
# Induction of newly joined employees.
# Employee Grievance Handling
# Exit Interview, Full & Final Settlement of all left employees.
Training & Development
# Collecting skill matrices of all the individual employees and identifying training needs.
Making the Training Calendar as per training needs
# Identifying training needs with the help of respective HODs.
# Arranging trainers (Internal/External) as per training calendar.
# Training Evaluation after execution of training.
Admin Activities
# Making the organization chart for clarification of levels and designations.
# To maintain document records of all the employees of Company. Maintaining Personal Files
of each and every employee.
# To maintain Housekeeping in company premises. Also checking cleanliness of toilets &
canteens.
# Preparation of official letters like experience certificates, service certificates, salary
certificates & address proof letters.
PMS (Performance Management System/Appraisals)
# Involved in making Job Description & Job Responsibility of each employee as per
designation and the department by concerning to the department heads.
# Responsible for Yearly appraisal processing.
# Appraisal Forms processing with help of department Heads.
Employee Welfare/Employee Motivational Activities
# Involved in Celebration of Birthdays of all the employees who have birthdays in that
particular month in ending of every month.
# Also involved in arranging function of Company Annual Day for all employees and workers.
