Position: Project Manager - Investment Banking
Job Location - Gurgaon

Job Description:
Program Management Skills (must-have)
Strong ability to Create and manage program/project plans incl timelines, resources, risks/issues well documented and maintained using prescribed tools and technologies
Strong ability to communicate effectively and influence with varied stakeholders in the organization incl business development, IT COO, IT dev, Change mgmt, OPS
Process oriented; Strong inclination to use standard tools and technologies to manage and track all program artefacts
Strong skills to manage the budget and time burndowns and take corrective actions to keep it on track for the given program
Strong ability to program status dashboard with a transparent view of overall Status/RAIDs/RAG
Acts as a custodian of project backlog providing team with clear priority, requirements and solution breakdown
Industry Experience (must-have)
Relevant hands-on working experience of 10-15 years in any investment banking / capital markets industry
Should have hands-on working experience with leading investment banks or tier-1 vendor organizations
Should have experience working in global organizations/banks with stakeholders spread in global locations with different vested interest in program
Domain Skills(must-have)
Should have experience managing programs in Investment banking / capital markets domain
Should have experience managing programs involving back office systems incl Corporate Actions, Settlements, Payments, Messaging systems
Soft Skills(must-have)
Excellent communication skills; should have excellent hearing , speaking and articulation skills
Excellent negotiation skills; ability to navigate through tough project situations and manage conflicts
Tools and Technologies
Should have manage programs and projects using Microsoft technology stack (.net, .net CORE, Microservices, APIs, Messaging, Biztalk)
Should have hand-on working experience using tools like MS Project , Microsoft TFS, Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
Experience: 10-16 years exp.
