Job Description
Design Moulds, Standard Parts and all other requirements of customers as per the specifications using software like CATIA V5, PRO-E, CREO, AUTOCAD etc.
2) Follow instruction as per all APQP requirements.
3) Follow safe work practices, Using safeguards and personal protective equipment.
4) Generation and implementation of ideas for improvement and Cost control activities.
5) Active involvement in 6S,TQM/KAIZEN, QC, Cost Reduction activities / QMS / EOHS Management System.
6) Co-ordination with shop floor and sub-contractors to get the things done as per design requirements.
8) Appropriate involvement as a team member in Aspect / Hazard identification, Impact / Risk assessments and determination of controls.
Required Candidate profile
1. Candidate should have strong Design knowledge in PU foam Moulds.
2. Candidate should have strong Design knowledge in PVC injection Moulds.
3. Candidate should have strong Design knowledge in EVA die cutting tools.
4. Candidate should be from PVC, PP, EVA, especially in to sport products category.
5. Candidate should have strong knowledge of different EVA die cutting machines and operations.
6. Candidate should have strong knowledge of EVA foam die cutting for fins & Decoration of fins.
7. Candidate should have strong knowledge of different Pad printing and Spray painting machines and operations.
8. Candidate should have fair knowledge of different raw materials in PU foam category.
9. Candidate should have fair knowledge of different raw materials in PVC & PP category.
10. Candidate should carry strong knowledge about composition of Plastic, especially in PU foam, PVC, PP, EVA category.
11. Candidate should have strong knowledge related to spray painting on PU foam components.
12. Candidate should have strong knowledge related to Heated compression forming of EVA foam.
13. Candidate should have strong knowledge of Injection molding of PVC/PP.
14. Candidate should have strong knowledge of Heat welding the EVA fins.
15. Candidate should have strong knowledge of PU foaming for body & Decoration of PU body.
16. Candidate should have strong knowledge related to different Gluing materials and gluing of parts and fins on the PU body. Moulding.
17. Candidate should be excellent team leader and should be able to train the Design team.
18. Most IMPORTANTLY, the candidate should have excellent experience of working on software like CATIA V5, PRO-E, CREO, AUTOCAD etc.
