Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To manage Health Services department at cement manufacturing plant

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To run OPD and emergency health services
To do Pre-employment health check up examination and Periodical medical examinations asper Health surveillance procedures and analyze the trends.
To effectively manage injury cases, track the record till recovery and report as per the
protocols
To run wellness program for employees, families and community
To coordinate all National health programs for employees, families and communities
To coordinate industrial hygiene activities

QUALIFICATION

MBBS
Preferred AFIH Certification

EXPERIENCE

Experience between 2 to 8 years as Factory Medical Officer in manufacturing industry/Public health
