- Knowledge of software engineering processes 7+ years of experience in handling entire Software Development Lifecycle Development, Testing, Implementation
- Experience in delivery operations and tracking through various metrics, KPIs, SLA dashboards
- At least 4 years of experience in software development Past experience of leading a technical team is mandatory Relevant Domain knowledge (For e.g. telecom, banking)
- Self-motivated result-oriented individual.
- Ability to challenge the status-quo and aims to solve the impossible
- Effective internal and external relationships building skills Strong communication skills, and be able to interact with individuals at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude towards deliverables and with excellent collaboration and a team player
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
