Job Description

1. Prepare Training Calendars/PJP and get business sign offs
2. Conduct Sales training as well as On The Job coaching on products, processes &
sales
3.Ensure effective and high quality training delivery
4. Conduct in-depth evaluation of the impact of the training programs* Provide feedback to trainees as well as provide support & coach them as and when required
5. Attend zonal reviews and present reports
6. Ensure 100% compliance in preparation of reports and other internal processes .

Required Candidate profile

1. Candidate must have hands on experience of Prepaid/Postpaid products.

2.Must have good communication skills
3. Local language proficiency is must
