Job Description

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Subversion or any other version control tool

Proactive attitude to problem resolution.

Work on agile based projects.

Able to perform a detailed Impact analysis.

Capable to perform code reviews and provide code to optimise performance of the application.

Essential skills:

Ruby - 3 yrs experience

Rails - 3 yrs experience

Modern design patters and dry principles - 2 yrs experience

Essential TDD Envs (RSPEC, Minitest, Capybara, Selenium) - 3 yrs experience

Experience with relational databases (PostGreSQL, MySQL) and Caching, key-value stores (Preferably Couchbase, Memcache, Redis) - 3 yrs experience

Good understanding of Continuous integration & continuous delivery - 2 yrs experience

Desirable skills:

Browser Technologies (HTML5, Javascript, CSS3) - 1 yrs experience

Experience with FrontEnd web technology - EXTJS/Angular JS - 3 yrs experience.

Experience with Java & JRuby - 2 yrs experience

Experience with Intersystems Ensemble or Apache Camel - 2 yrs exp

Understand your way around linux/Unix infrastructure & docker experience - 3yrs expereince
