Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Business Analysts / Stakeholders to understand the requirements and define performance testing approach , plans and timelines.

Able to work in Agile Environment.

Create high quality stress , load and performance test scripts , plans and associated documents.

Design , build , execute and monitor performance tests.

Manage Stakeholders

Escalate risks and issues appropriately to the Managers

Able to identify , procure and manage environments and data required for testing.

Define metrics , practices , processes , reports and tools to ensure delivery is managed

Define and lead the Performance tuning / engineering parameters to meet the business expectations

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E.

PG:  M.Tech
