- We are looking for a hands-on software test automation leader for our Automation team. To qualify you need a great attitude and a passion for delivering a high-quality SaaS product.
- Ensure a high-quality product is delivered during agile/iterative development/release cycles
- Day to day management of automation team having multiple Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET) along with hands-on automation activities
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of functional quality engineers
- Develop and build a solid automation/functional test strategy for delivering highest quality product releases
- Provide clear and concise quality assessments of tested product areas synthesized from full data sets of test results
- Work with Product management organization and Development organization
- Conduct automated tests and verify outcomes in a timely fashion
- Provide technical direction to testing team members to adhere to automation standards
- Ability to hire and grow talented, pragmatic automation engineers
Mind Set Required :
- 5+ hands on experience working on QA Automation Framework/solutions designing and Implementation
- Agile Software Development Experience and preferably scrum
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD process and instrument full SDLC automation, specifically cloud testing execution, reporting tools such as ALM, Jira
- Exposure to Dev Ops and Continuous Integrations tools like Jenkins
- Deep practical experience with cutting edge tools for Web, Mobile, Desktop, DB and Web-service testing (Selenium, Appium, SoapUI, etc.)
- Experience working with source control/defect tracking and continuous integration Tools.
- Good in Linux/Unix and proficiency in traditional RDBMS
- Strong Test Design Skills, Test Automation and Analysis
- Excellent knowledge in QA process, Strategize and able to communicate with Senior Management
- Script development experience of Test Automation tools, preferably QTP/Selenium/Test Complete etc.
- Experience in performance testing Tools like performance Center and Jmeter will be preferred.
- Experience in API and Rest Service Testing will be preferred.
- Experience in Programming language such as Java or Python will be preferred
