Job Description

We have an opening for Lead Generation Executive / Telecalling Associate position
  • Making calls to understand whether there is requirement for particular product / services of our clients
  • Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team
  • Maintaining call reports and recording discussion with the clients in the format specified
  • Making polite conversation with customers/prospects on the phone
  • Undertaking first/second level of research towards successful call results
  • Understanding of IT industry as one has to call for software, hardware IT products, like desktop, workstation, printers, CADCAM software, Mailing Solutions, ERP, Security Products, e-Commerce products, Network products, etc.
  • Work on B2B campaigns in the IT & ITES sector

Required Candidate profile

  • Preferably a graduate from any stream / undergraduate also welcome.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of excel
  • A person ready to take on responsibilities at all times.
