Job Description
Responsible for post conversion funnel, strategize and execute a retention plan which will engage the buyer in the best possible scenario to initiate a repeat purchase.
Use SMS/Email/Whatsapp/Phone/Social Media and any other necessary media to build relationship with the consumer beyond immediate product requirements into an experiential space.
Build data and mine insights from existing users to help senior leadership understand every two weeks - product led data, impact of positioning and identifying opportunities and consumers need states, category specific insights, and other potential opportunities.
You are to also use all price and services based tools to ensure effective removals of barrier for second purchases.
Work with the performance marketing team, media agency and content teams to deliver the recommendations for customer engagement campaigns.
Design customer segmentations strategies and manage the customer lifecycle experience to deliver an outstanding and personalized user experience
Oversee email team and planning process to drive optimization of the email marketing programs
Implement, evolve and optimize customer loyalty programs to drive increased lifetime value and customer advocacy
