Developing processes to ensure smooth establishment of product commercially.
Submitting QA, hygiene, sanitation & pest control reports to management.
Conducting regular audits and Food Safety Risk Assessments for process compliance.
Preparing all procedures & documentation relating to HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 standards of production department.
Labelling guidance as per Labelling Regulations.
Maintaining, assuring quality systems and standard in all stages of manufacturing and packaging.
Implementing HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 to produce consistent quality product.
Required Candidate profile
Candidates having experience in frozen food will be preferred.
