Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

• Developing processes to ensure smooth establishment of product commercially.
• Submitting QA, hygiene, sanitation & pest control reports to management.
• Conducting regular audits and Food Safety Risk Assessments for process compliance.
• Preparing all procedures & documentation relating to HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 standards of production department.
• Labelling guidance as per Labelling Regulations.
• Maintaining, assuring quality systems and standard in all stages of manufacturing and packaging.
• Implementing HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 to produce consistent quality product.

Required Candidate profile

• Candidates having experience in frozen food will be preferred.
