Testing of physico-chemical parameters & maintaining records.
Sending the samples to OTL (Outside Testing Laboratory) for testing & review the records as per requirements.
To review and update all SOPs of quality control department as per requirements.
Ensure that the sampling activities are being done as per approved procedure & sampling plan.
Calibration of chemical lab instruments and maintaining its records.
Maintaining the items stock required for physical & chemical analysis of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
Taking trial of as per requirements.
In-process quality control checks during production.
Keep track &, records of incidents on day to day basis.
Verification of other departmental activities.
Preparation of internal Certificate of Analysis (CoA) as per requirements.
Trend analysis of all parameters as per requirements.
Assist the team for additional works assigned by seniors.
Required Candidate profile
Candidate must be having experience in Quality control, knowledge of physico-chemical testing, SoPs etc
