Job Description
We are hiring for Store inspector- Leading aviation group- GujaratJob Role :-Store inspector
(Must have stores inspector approval / Licence)
Job Purpose:-
DGCA 145 Stores Management and Inspection System is an essential element of the 145 approval. It must be managed and staffed by trained and competent staff.
Key Accountabilities
1You will be responsible for maintaining diligent oversight of all incoming material to ensure it complies with all aviation requirement.
2You will be responsible for managing vendors as per supplier evaluation system
3You will be responsible for carefully checking all consignment for any obvious damage during the delivery process
4You will be responsible for ensuring that careful check is made of the content & that there are no additional items included.
5You will be responsible for reading the warning signs on external package and handling the package as per instructions
6You will be responsible for checking units as per the order
7You will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation attached with shipment is fully compliant with DGCA regulations and as per company order
8You will be responsible for storing the parts in compliance with requirement applicable to aviation store and in accordance with company procedure.
9You will be responsible for distribution of copies of the certification in order to maintain continued airworthiness of the aircraft.
Skills:-
* *Should have undergone CAR 145 /Human factors/SMS training
* *Should have undergone dangerous goods handling training.
* *Should have undergone aviation certification stores course
* *Should be holding stores inspector approval
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
* Should have worked in aviation environment for minimum of 5 years in airline/manufacturing or maintenance organization.
