Monitoring staff, and taking corrective action where necessary to resolve customer/client queries.
Primarily responsible to ensure that Front Office shifts are run efficiently, providing outstanding guest service, assisting all Front Office staff and maintaining a calm, professional environment at all times.
Coordinates with all departments concerned in order to maintain Front Office functions properly.
Handling complaints and attending to the needs of the guests.
Motivates and maintains good staff relations
Implementing the company policies & procedures
Assign and approve duty roster for all staffs
