Relationship development means constantly being in touch and being on top of mind by sharing best practices from other projects and enabling him/her to meet their project timelines. Understanding the decision makers technical, quality parameters and financial needs. Work closely with customer and management for closure.
Post Sales:
Once order is confirmed, Check for site readiness and take Final Measurements for Production. If project is phased, take measurements in phases. Provide customer updates on production and installation, Coordinate with Production and Installation teams.
Metrics & Reporting:
Mine at least 40 leads per month. Order booking of 5000sft for uPVC Windows and Doors.
Manager additional revenue from WPC Doors sale.
