Job Description

eClerx Services Ltd. is hiring for Senior Analyst for Trade Capture Review.

Job Details:

Location : Navi Mumbai ( airoli)

Exp : 2- 5 Years

Shift - 2 pm -11 pm

Responsibilities:

Review Commodities, Equity, Interest rate derivative and Structured trades for accuracy and completeness
Deep understanding of trade structures and potential payoffs at various time intervals
Review Term sheets and incoming confirmations with risk booking
Identify booking issues and liaise with Middle Office to resolve breaks
Challenge and strategically optimize existing processes to enhance controls and efficiency and minimize program dependency
Mailbox and Queue management
Develop domain expertise through ongoing industry research

Required Expertise:

Strong knowledge of OTC Derivative trade life cycle, Equity Derivatives and Structured products
Deep understanding of Equity, FI derivatives and its product types, Swaps, types of Options, Bonds etc.
Strong understanding of ISDA document and framework
Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact with clients directly
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills with keen attention to detail

SUGGESTION: Strong PC skills; experience with MS Office products and advanced Excel skills

Eligibility Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred with minimum 2 years experience in Derivative Operations: Equity Derivatives; Structured products and Deal Review
Strong Finance, Risk or Compliance background with quantitative skills preferred
Flexible with APJ, EMEA, Night and regular shifts
