Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities : - Responsible for India operations covering both products & people.

- Serve as a key member of the management team that sets the company's strategic direction and is responsible for conceptualizing the product development strategy

- Demonstrate ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, as well as build and convey compelling value propositions.

- Ensure the organization's leadership maintains constant awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth.

- Formulate long-term objectives and sets high standards of performance for the organization.

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
