Job Description

Total Experience: 6 years experience on Enterpise Monitoring tools.

Mandatory Skills for this role :

Having at least 4 years hands on experience in administring and configuring Zenoss.
Hands on experience on Zenoss ( version 5.x).
In - depth knowledge of Zenoss.
Experience in deploying Zenoss .

Hands on experience in providing steady state support in Zenoss.
Good understanding of Automation & Enterprise wide tools solution.
Hands on experience in integrating Monitoring tools with ITSM ( BMC & Service Now )
Good Knowledge of Systems Mgmt, Monitoring Tools , ITIL process , Integrations with different tools & scripting .
Having knowledge on any of IT Programming/Scripting languages (shell/unix/windows; php; MySQL; Python; Perl)
Good understanding of OS (Windows and Unix).
Hands on experience in maintaining Zenoss infrastructure ( Server , database , application and Zenpacks )
Experienced in dealing with internal and external stake holders independently during transitions and project driven activities
Good communication skills ( verbal/written ).
