Job Description Summary:

Business Analysts needs to work closely with Business Partners to understand their business vision; and break it down into an actionable backlog of user stories for the development team. Flexible to work hands - on with the development team to prioritize, plan, test and deliver software that meets client requirements. Help Business Partners to understand IT development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization.

Essential Skills:

• Extra ordinary oral, written communication and presentation skills
• Interpersonal and consultative skills, Facilitation skills
• Being detail - oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of business structure - Manufacturing (Semi - Conductor) desirable
• Requirements engineering (Requirements organization, Translating and simplifying requirements, Requirements management and communication, Requirements analysis)
• Understanding of networks, databases and other technology

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience of working on implementing semiconductor solutions projects is an advantage
• Experience in requirements gathering, requirement management, gap analysis and SDLC/Agile Methodologies
• Experience in writing Use Cases and High Level Functional and Technical analysis deliverables
• Works with Technology team, Developers, key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers and data architects to ensure the project implementation
• Serves as functional or client needs expert for projects
• Assesses current state, identifies customer requirements, and defines the future state and/or business solution. Searches, gathers and synthesizes information
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
