At KLST India Chennai HQ (based in Nungambakkam, Chennai)
At least 3 years experience with managing projects based on SCRUM process
Candidates with Certified SCRUM Master certification are encouraged to apply
KL Software Technologies Inc. (KLST) has a requirement for an Agile Technical Project Manager based at KLST India Chennai office. The ideal candidate will bring previous experiences, best practices, and a collaborative attitude to help drive revenue growth and increased effectiveness in value and quality of KLST software + services.

Major responsibilities include:
Analyze KLST current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvements
Facilitate/participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams
Coach team members as needed, including resolving conflict
Communicate project risks
Manage projects in Azure DevOps (Team Foundation Server) and SharePoint; providing software training to team members as needed
Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to leadership team
Assist in training team members and other employees on Agile and Design Thinking concepts
Manage various projects related to KLST software products + client projects
Above all else, foster and model a collaborative team environment driven to build great software and delivery projects on time while having fun

Skills required:
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Proven leadership and motivation skills
Proven ability to deliver projects on-time and on-budget
Requirements Gathering, Epic and User Story Documentation
Ability to create Test Plans and conduct Manual Software Testing
Strong written and oral communication skills are must; can present formally or informally
Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
A love to learn and improve as a Scrum Master, always looking to bring something new and helpful to the team
