Desired Candidate Profile
Responsible for sales in South Zone and Accountable for meeting monthly sales targets.
To meet all customer and distributors periodically, understand their need and map competitors product portfolio and establish cross references against our offerings for better customer service and identification of business opportunities.
Maintaining healthy relationships with all Tyre & Rubber goods customers.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints. Monitoring and coordinating daily sales.
Developing & implementing processes / systems to improve customer satisfaction
Negotiate with Tyre customer on issues like price and long-term business relationship
Collect sales/ collection numbers and pass on the same to MIS team. Prepare MIS reports of South Zone and circulate the same.
Payment follow up and ensuring that payments are received well in time.
Controlling dispatches and ensuring that customer laid down schedules are duly met.
Monitor the process of placement of vehicles for dispatches, being handled by consultant marketing, and ensure smooth dispatches from plant.
Prepare agency commission agreements and ensuring the commission payments are reimbursed as per the agreed terms.
Partner with customer & internal Technical Sales team and identify new product applications, and undertake commercialization of same.
Managing the third party warehouse in Chennai. Ensuring delivery of the product as per specifications and committed delivery period and maintain optimum inventory levels.
Evaluating more locations for maintaining safety stocks for our key customers.
Submit all logistic & warehouse bills on time and ensure timely payments to our vendors.
Will be responsible for setting up an office in Chennai & manage the office activities. All required resources will be provided in due course.
Education:
UG: B.Sc - Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry, B.Tech/B.E. - Chemical
PG: MBA/PGDM, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization, Chemical Engineering & Materials Science, Chemistry
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
