About this role:
The Senior Manager of Employee Communications & Engagement will help create and execute employee communications programs directed at ServiceNow employees, based in India. In this role, the ideal candidate will liaise with global communicators and senior leaders to foster inspiring, effective, and streamlined communications. He/she will work closely with internal business partners to advise on overall communications strategy, messaging, channel ecosystem, and creative approaches with the goal of driving effective engagement and inspiring employee experiences. We're looking for a remarkable writer, editor, and visual communicator who loves to put employees at the center of everything they do. In this newly created role, the ideal candidate will serve as a team leader and advisor to regional leadership, helping to advice regional business and organizational priorities, including strong talent brand in market .
What youll lead:
Develop and implement communications strategies for keeping employees informed and excited by company iniatitives and updated in a timely, relevant, and engaging manner.
Create engaging and relevant content that builds on and enhances ServiceNows purpose and cultural values; continually experiment with content to drive engagement and impact.
Support the deployment of global programs, by developing communications campaigns to educate, inspire and motivate employees.
Help design and execute employee engagement events and experiences that help to build community and connect employees with leadership; produce communications to drive awareness, participation and action.
Explore and experiment with new technologies, channels and approaches to improve impact.
Employ social listening and other measurement tools, analyze insights, and recommend ways to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with business leaders to create content that showcases why ServiceNow is a great place to work in India, reinforcing our talent brand in market.
Present analytics and actionable insights for digital employee engagement campaigns.
Sample qualifications:
Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
8-10 years proven success guiding strategy and execution of global digitally-driven communications that inform and delight employees.
Ability to advise senior leaders on strategy, messaging and engagement experiences.
Ability to translate business strategies into effective narratives.
Must be a proficient and creative storyteller.
Experience producing content for an international audience.
Amazing project management and communication skills.
Resourceful, self-motivated and able to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high growth, ever changing environment.
