Hiring Sales Associate for a Cement Company

Roles & Responsibility of Sales Staff:
a. Deliver new products sales targets as assigned for the designated territory for the
month/qtr/year.
b. Execute dealer/retailer counter & site visits JCP approved by New Products ASM
c. Order collection from Counter & coordinate for delivery
d. Product demo & value selling at construction sites to generate leads & drive conversion of
Leakblock, coordinate with CSOs
e. Retailer counter meets for masons & petty contractor
f. Timely resolution/escalation of complaints
Review: Daily and weekly review with SU New Products ASM, monthly with Head - Sales
New Products & solutions.
KPI: Sales Volume/value target achievement, Adherence to JCP, % site conversion for LB
Lead Indicators: Number of Site visits, Number of counter meets, business per
dealer/retailer outlet.
