WE HAVE OPPORTUNITIES AT MULTIPLE LEVELS

MANAGER

DIRECTOR

Technically very strong, less in people management.
They must have experience on legacy and modernization technologies and tools.
They must have experience in to Java/DotNet all latest technologies.
Dockerization of .Net/Java platform.
Repository related questions.
Cloud(AWS/Azure), how they are doing domain name configuration in cloud. How they are managing load balancing in cloud.
How network of cloud works.
Webservices, Java Microservices, MVC, WCF, WPF, .net Frameworks work experience as per java/.net side.
Javascript mandate,(jquery/Angular/React JS any out of 3 should have experience)
They do code when it is required or simply their team members do.
Do they take client call as well and give support over the call when issue goes at above level.
Leadership qualities.(How he solve his team problem upfrontly)
How much they are involved in to product designing and migration of product.
