Job Description

Should have 12-14 years of work experience both technology and management leading teams & projects
Should have project management experience, managing integration projects, and in implementing integration solutions using either Mulesoft, WebMethods, TIBCO, Boomi.
Manage client expectations, Escalation management etc
Preferred PMP or Scrum Master or Agile coach certified
Should have experience in managing Agile projects and delivery
Should have good technical understanding of ESB concepts, Messaging, and APIs platforms
Should be able to independently manage project deliverables and team members.
People management and ability to help career growth, contribute to practice growth.
Excellent communication skills, presentation and conflict management skills, performance management
Understanding of cloud and container solutions would be added benefit.
