Desired Candidate Profile
1. Pre-discovery (10% of time)
- Liaise with sending organization about the scope of work and the sequence of transitions
- Define the transitions and align with receiving organization
- Prepare business case and enable decision making process
2. Work Transition (60% of time)
- Plan and manage the transition projects according to the methodology within time and budget
- Align stakeholders in the receiving and sending organizations, Functions and Business
- Enable the decision-making process in the transition and host stage gate review meetings
- Lead the transition team
- Keep proper documentation (logs) and report on project progress to Management
- Manage escalations and provide solutions
- Manages changes to the scope of the transition
3. Support Transition Methodology (10% of time)
- Create and maintain collaboration environments for projects, using SharePoint or similar software
- Maintain and improve master transition plans and templates in MS Project
- Documents policies, procedures, and accelerators to be used as best practice for transition management into shared service centers
- Conduct post-transition reviews and works with stakeholders to identify weaknesses in the methods or plans and works with leadership to propose and create improvements
4. Improvement Projects (20% of time)
- Intake for new improvement projects, create project charter, rough business case, impact assessment, risk identification, et
- Manage improvement projects, ranging from business side of new system implementations, process improvements and/or other optimization projects
