Minimum Graduate and undergraduate with 6 months BPO Experience.
Excellent spoken and written Communication in English.
Good command over spoken language, good writing skills, pleasing personality, rapport building ability, problem solving abilities, great service attitude, analytical bend of mind, tenacity to handle end to end solutions.

. Its a international voice process only for pune location.

. Once you have to selected in all rounds so company will give you laptop and headphones.

. Its a work from home job after lock down also.

. I need a good communication in English.

. Its a inbound process and process name is mortgage.

. All the rounds done by telephonic due to corona virus. No need to go outside.
