To identify the project categories with respect to Project type, financial benefit type,
Financial Realization plan, Project Team & Sponsor which constitute the OE portfolio
2. To track the projects finalized in the portfolio by conducting regular review meetings With
Project Teams, Project Leader with Sponsor & monthly cross functional Meetings.
3. To identify areas of improvement in Production.
4. Structuring formats for data collection, data compilation, interpretation, analysis and
Inference. Feedback to stakeholders on action points, Trigger action & follow up for
Sustenance of improvement.
5. To imbibe all the principles of OE awareness.
6. To conduct trainings of six sigma, Lean concepts at shop floor.
7. To take active participation in all OE calls; weekly calls with appropriate project presentation
by Project Leaders, bimonthly calls.
8. Conduct time & motion studies on individual activities of the value stream and work out
9. Standard time for that particular activity in production.
10. To initiate short term projects at Gemba and ensure execution.
11. To ensure the compliance of the Standard Operating Procedures wherever applicable.
12. To perform the job as per predefined approved procedures on the shop floor safely.
13. To support all project leaders for data analysis, statistics, presentations for completing
projects on time lines.
14. To make dashboards for tracking of all projects, making visual representation of data.
15. Based on the organizational needs, HOD can assign additional responsibilities.
