******** Opportunity for Pharmacy Manager @ Reputed Hospital **********

Location :- Pune , Mumbai , Bengaluru / Bangalore , Ahmedabad , Hyderabad , Delhi .

Qualification :-B. Pharma, M. Pharma, MBA

----------------- ---------------------- --------------- -------------------------

Roles & Responsibilities :-

* Oversee all day-to-day pharmacy operations and manage all staff in the pharmacy department.

* Ensure routine smooth operations across the pharmacy department.

* Head responsibility to ship procedures to assure customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently as well as timely.

* Entire inventory management related to pharmacy .

* Program, direct, review, and rectify pharmacy procedures to enhance work quality of the department.

* Set up and maintain a certified system of keeping records and the preparation of yearly budgets.

* Provide guidance on medications and prescriptions and over-the-counter drugs in line with hospital policies.

* Address customer problems and complaints and try to resolve it.

* Ensure that all employees, including Pharmacy manager, maintain all pharmacy and store protocols and procedures.

Required Candidate profile

* Assist with overtime for staff management, annual reviews / performance evaluation , schedule hours and subordinates weekly off , Prepare time sheets for HR payroll processing.

* Ability to update records, calculate costs, organize reports and carry out other administrative and clerical staff duties.

* Proficiency in directing, overseeing, and evaluating the work of technical and professional staff.

* Effectiveness in maintaining and establishing efficient relationships with the public, employees, departmental staff and supervisors.
