Job Title: CCA (Continuous Controls Assurance) Analyst / Lead
Location: Mohali, Chandigarh, India

We have implemented a Shared Services Center in Mohali, India to support Global Operations in areas of Finance & Accounting, Trade Operations, Treasury and IT Support and other back office support Services.
Job purpose: CCA Team Lead / Assistant Manager will conduct walk-throughs, controls testing, and related process documentation, as well as, perform other tasks to support the Continuous Controls Assurance (CCA) program and other initiatives in the area of internal controls and process improvements, under the direction of the CCA leadership team.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible to support and facilitate the CCA Program and other related initiatives including:
- Perform data analytics to facilitate financial controls monitoring.
- Identify the process gaps that could have led to test results derived out of data analytics
- Perform Walk through, Test internal controls, Report deficiency
- Track and follow completion
- Remediation testing
- Timely completion of Internal controls testing activities, including walk throughs and controls testing (design and operating effectiveness), and process documentation,
- Timely identification, validation and communication of control deficiencies, as well as development of remediation plans in collaboration with the respective stakeholder (internal and external) and
- Identify and document improvements in business process flow on a continual basis.
- Support internal and external groups (Respective Global/Regional teams, process/control owners and external auditors/advisors) on matters related to internal controls, under the direction of the CCA Manager and functional Lead
Required Candidate profile
Required:
- Flexibility to work across global time zones and travel (domestically and internationally).
- 5 years or more experience of financial data analysis and / or work experience with in the area of Internal Audit or internal controls audit/review.
- Minimum Education Qualification CA Inter, MBA Finance or related credential in finance domain
- Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and process/controls related to Financial Reporting, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Commodity Trading, Treasury, Tax, Plant, Property & Equipment, Inventory, HR Payroll, etc.
- Ability to provide high quality level of customer service for Internal controls testing and other internal control initiatives.
- Ability to work independently (with limited supervision), and efficiently deliver high quality output.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, problem solving & organization skills.
- Strong team player.
- Strong written and oral communications skills in English.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading or food industry.
- Experience working in data analytics and / or internal controls, SOX or similar Team or Shared Services Centre setup.
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion/OneStream, Cadency solutions, Reporting tools, etc.
- Knowledge of European or Asian languages.
