Process Overview

The Global Information Security (GIS) is responsible for protecting Bank information systems, confidential and proprietary data, and customer information. The team develops the Bank s Information Security strategy and policy, manages the Information Security program and identifies and addresses vulnerabilities, Develops, deploys and manages a risk - based controls portfolio, Manages and operates a global security operations center that monitors, detects and responds to cybersecurity incidents.

Global Information Security (GIS) IAM Infrastructure team is responsible for developing and supporting Identity and Access Management application and infrastructure services for Bank of America. IAM IE team manages SSO using CA SiteMinder and Ping Federate, multi factor authentication, secure credentials, access and entitlements for thousands of applications etc.

Job Description

This role involves design and development of a technology framework for JavaJ2EE technologies development in the bank. As a developer heshe will industry accepted coding practices for developing the applications as per the Design Document and helping in implementing them in production environment using Agile Methodology.

Responsibilities

Develop all AIXS applications

Provide Enhancements and integrations with LOB applications

Software configuration management

Releases into lower environments

Drive production releases and changes

Provide Production support for all AIXS applications

Troubleshoot lower environment issues

Provide integrations support for clients

Respond to business partner inquiries for status, consultation and problem resolution

Requirements

Education: B.E. B. TechM.E. M. TechB.Sc.M.Sc.BCAMCA (prefer ITCS specialization)

Certifications, If Any: SCJP, SCWCD, OCJP, OCA, OCPJWSD, SCWSD (Not Mandatory)

Experience Range: 6 to 8 years

Mandatory skills:

Experience in JavaJ2EE development along with Web Services, Struts, EJB

Experience on Oracle database with SQL and PLSQL

Experience on Web servers, Application servers

Exposure to any IAM technologies like OAuth, OpenID, etc

Experience on Linux commands

Understanding business requirements

Experience in Unit tests writing

Debugging skills

Troubleshooting skills

Productions support exposure

Communicates effectively and clearly across audiences (business partner, internal and external service providers)

Basic aptitude for logical problem solving Skills

Continuously learn and adapt. Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, process and technologies

Focus on customerclients Demonstrates sense of urgency for meeting project timelines, efficiency & accuracy

Communication and Inter - Personal skills

Desired skills:

Experience in (Identity & Access Management) IAM domain preferably OAuth, OIDC, and PingFederate.

Experience with Ant, Maven, Jenkins or other continuous integration tools

Experience on any one or more tools like Eclipse, Tomcat, Weblogic, SQL Developer or Toad

Quality Management tools like SonarQube, Checkstyle and PMD
