Job Responsibilities;
Achieving the sales target assigned to the USM through Relationship / Channel Management, SO / Associate management

Job Profile:
* Coordinating with other departments such as Claims, U/W & Operations.
* Manage Relationship with the Insurance Managers and segment teams of the business partner for sales
* Objection handling of the sales team of the business partner
* Calls with the sales team of business associate at their channel
* MIS to business partner teams
* Sales & Booking of all retail business
* Manage Sales Officers / Associates and support them for business process & booking
* Recruitment, Training & Motivation of SO / Associate

Education Requirements: Graduation/ MBA (Marketing)- Full time
Age Criteria: 23yrs to 32 yrs
