Job Description: Business Development Manager
Responsibilities: Drive revenue within key accounts within the territory. Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities to grow revenue.
Work closely with marketing and take advantage of their programs to maximize new opportunities, develop existing opportunities, and solidify customer relationships Manage existing accounts for satisfaction, return on their investment, growth, and renewal.
Manage complex sales cycle, including mapping out of sophisticated accounts, development of high level relationships, planning and executing sophisticated account strategies, and development of business cases Should have a strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
Should have worked on all aspects of the sales cycle right from sales planning, lead generation, client acquisition, revenue optimization from existing clients.
Should have understanding of product development for embedded automotive/Infotainment & Telematics. Work as a member of the India sales team. Collaborate, share your account knowledge, learnings, and best practices to help your teammates
Requirements: Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle with significant business and technical components in the VLSI services or Embedded or Automotive domain
Identify new customers and key decision makers from Automotive industry for the IVI, Connectivity and ADAS solutions The ability to develop and present a meaningful ROI presentation to help customer justifying the cost of investment.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas selling a technical solution to a technical audience
Experience using common sales and business tools: Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office suite, etc.
Identify new business opportunities and Expand business with existing customers.
Develop strong partner/ecosystem relationships
Make sales plans and meet the quarterly/annual sales goals.
Manage full sales process from identifying opportunity to final contract closure working with customer and internal teams
Lead generation and Business Development.

2 to 10 years of business development experience in VLSI design services or Embedded or Automotive domain
