We are looking at Team Lead profile predominantly exposed to FMCG or Retails domain call centre experience.

strong in people management, operational activities of the team, operational metrics and good in client management..

Eligibility:

* Graduation is Mandatory.( any degree/

10+Diploma/10+12+Diploma is applicable).

* Excellent Communication skills (English).

*Notice Period : 15 Days.
