Job Description
- Guide team during Requirement gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of Applications.
- Provide technical guidance in design, development, and implementation of RPA systems.
- Responsible for SDD creation along with developer, reviewing it and getting it signed off from Business/Operations.
- Participate in Feasibility study and identifying the gaps and design solution
- Ensure process adherence and adoption of best practices.
- Interaction with Customer/ Operations during specifications, development and project implementation phases.
- Review of ODI document and mentoring the developers.
- Excellent Troubleshooting capabilities to identify and resolve issues
- Ensuring the Integrity, Stability, Security and maintainability of the solution.
- Provide inputs to ITPM on effort estimates and help in planning the delivery.
- Coordinate between the teams for infra, application setup and other activities.
- Represent team on various tollgate reviews meeting, describe solution, give demo's, respond to queries.
- Ability to work on multiple processes at a time in different phases.
- Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
- Have good understanding and experience in all the Blue prism process documents.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to clearly communicate with the team and other stakeholders in English
- Certification - Should be a Blue Prism Certified AD01 Blue Prism Developer (mentor level test during skill assessment)
